The restaurant provides a restrained and elegant dining environment. Every table in the central dining area is arranged as an island of relaxed conviviality.

The restaurant offers pleasant and private facilities in a separate room reserved for business lunches and parties. A different atmosphere, but the same high class is to be found in the banqueting hall, laid out for marriages and corporate dinners.

Summer at the Pinocchio brings with it the perfumes of the parks, mountains and lakes for which this part of Piedmont is rightly famous. In the summer season, Piero Bertinotti’s staff serve at tables laid out on well kept lawns and in quaint wooden chalets in the garden.

The pleasure of refined flavours is thus enhanced by a charming and beautiful natural backdrop. There’s nothing better than a good wine to bring out the flavour of a dish, and the Pinocchio wine list offers an ample selection of wines from leading producers all over Italy.

Pride of place, of course, goes to the wines of Piedmont, and local varieties are available in the best vintages. Paola Bertinotti is an expert sommelier and is always glad to suggest the most appropriate wine for your chosen dish.
