For four years the tourist destination "Lake Maggiore, its valleys, its flowers" participates with a stand to the most important tourism fair in the Nordic countries: MATKA in Helsinki in Finland.

The fair was attended by more than 1000 exhibitors from 80 different countries, with a major turnout of trade visitors and media.

The Finnish public has a great interest for the Italian tourist offer, the turnout at the booth was great, as in previous years.

The vast majority of visitors requested information about the destination, especially on the links between Malpensa Airport and Lake Maggiore.
As the Milan airport is directly connected to Helsinki, and the majority of Finns are traveling by air, the proximity of the lake to Malpensa is undoubtedly a great advantage for our destination.
